5. What other things can i do to make my profile stand out?
In these days of awesome technology, it is very easy for new talent to send in taped auditions in addition to–or sometimes, in place of–traditional, in-person auditions. A small video of yourself in which you present yourself may up your profile even more than a photo, because we can see you move and hear you talk. If you like to add a self-taped introduction, you can add it through the registration form below. Self-tapes can be filmed by webcam or smartphone. Make sure it looks clean, professional, and please be sure of decent lighting. Choose to film in a well-lit room. Make sure your light source (such as a window) is not behind you. (If you stand in front of the light, you will end up being dark and very hard to see.)

Open Casting Call : FAQ
1. Is there a fee submit to registering in the talent database?
Registering is of course free of charge. There is no fee to submit to our talent database.
2. Am I already registered in the Casting by Sien Josephine database?
Our database runs on the In The Picture software. If you already have a profile on In The Picture we have access to this. You don't have to register again.

3. What photos should i add to my registration?
In general, a good headshot is shoulders up with good lighting on your face, and no strong dramatic shadows, unless you are going in for “The Phantom of the Opera.” Chill with the airbrushing. And please NO SNAPCHAT FILTERS. We expect you to look like your photo. Your photo should look like you on your best day, showing your age and who you are now. Be sure the background is clean, so it makes you stand out. We don’t need to see that you are standing on the beach in Ibiza, or on a tour boat in front of the Statue of Liberty. It’s about you, not the environment.
4. Has the casting office received my registration?
After you complete the registration form, your profile is send right to our open talent database. Our casting office will contact you when we are interested in you and/or when we have a casting that fits your profile.
